Deploys Workday Financial Management to optimize business and finance operations
DigitalCFO Asia Newsroom | 5 August 2021

Workday, a global leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, has been selected to partner with JustCo as the Singapore-based flexible and co-working space operator looks to accelerate growth and build organizational agility in a rapidly changing world. The partnership was one of the key highlights announced at the annual Workday Elevate Digital Experience – Asia event, held virtually on 5 August 2021.
Having opened and secured 11 new co-working locations in the last 18 months despite the pandemic, JustCo is planning to introduce more locations in key growth markets such as Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia and South Korea. In tandem with its expansion plans and to position itself for continued long-term growth, the company is transforming its business processes and workflows by harnessing robust, future-proof technology tools that provide stronger collaboration, data-driven insights, and the agility to respond to an evolving operating environment.
As part of its digital acceleration strategy, JustCo recently deployed Workday Financial Management across its finance operations – at its Singapore headquarters and in its overseas offices – to drive finance digital transformation, deliver real-time performance insight and enable continuous planning and recalibration amid a dynamic business landscape. By relying on a single suite for financial accounting and reporting, JustCo hopes to achieve greater efficiency across its core accounting and finance processes.
With Workday Financial Management, organizations are able to get a complete picture on their finance operations and performance, and draw actionable data and insights to make faster business decisions including shifting resources quickly where most needed and identifying new revenue streams.
Ho Seng Chee, Chief Corporate Officer, JustCo said, “As we scale up our business, we wanted solutions that could create value for us and enable us to become more nimble. Collaboration, speed, and agility are critical to success in this dynamic business environment. We are heartened to have Workday as our partner as we continue on this journey to improve operational efficiency and position JustCo for long-term growth. With less resources spent on manual and tedious processes, we look forward to being better able to focus on strategic business decisions, as well as assess our performance in a more timely matter and plan for the future.”
Sandeep Sharma, President of Asia, Workday said, “We are excited to be supporting JustCo in transforming its finance functions and capabilities as it looks to accelerate its growth and drive agility in a changing world. No matter how fast change happens, a business that operates at a high metabolic rate can move faster and stay ahead—with the right tools and partners. We are committed to helping more companies in the region harness technologies that empower them to gain insight into the current state of their business, proactively recalibrate their strategies and achieve continuous planning for business agility and resilience. This will enable them to thrive and gain a sustainable competitive edge.”
