Workday, a global leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, today announced that it has been selected by Sime Darby Berhad to streamline and transform Asia Pacific’s leading trading player’s Human Resources processes to better support the company’s regional growth strategy and plans, and accelerate its digital transformation journey. The new HR transformation project, which is also aimed at improving employee experience, is expected to be completed by mid-2023.
Headquartered in Malaysia, Sime Darby Berhad currently has operations in 18 countries across the Asia Pacific region and a workforce of approximately 20,000 employees.
