ITSM Tool ServiceDesk Plus and UEM Solution Desktop Central Evaluated
ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, has been named a Niche Player in the 2021 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for both IT Service Management (ITSM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Tools.
ManageEngine, which has been positioned in the Magic Quadrant for ITSM tools for the second consecutive year, was included alongside 10 other vendors. Recognition for ManageEngine’s UEM Tool, Desktop Central
The company was also acknowledged for its flagship UEM software, Desktop Central. The evaluation was based on its ability to execute and completeness of vision.
