Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2021
HR Asia, released its list of the Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2021 on December 30. From a pool of 278 applicants, Infinitus (China) Company Ltd. was chosen together with 42 other firms, including KPMG, Kimberly-Clark, and Coach.
The Best Companies to Work for in Asia award is the most prominent recognition of employer brands in 11 countries across the Asia-Pacific region, and it is coordinated by HR Asia, Asia’s largest human resources journal.
The award, which is based on HR Asia’s Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) research, concentrates on three metrics: core culture, employees, and organization, and invites employees of participating companies to evaluate their corresponding companies’ performance in terms of how they treat their employees from their own standpoints.
Companies that wish to create breakthroughs need an agile strategy in these times of volatility, unpredictability, complexity, and ambiguity, referred to as the VUCA era. Companies must not only display flexibility in response to changes in the post-pandemic era, but also take better care of their employees, given the impact of the post-pandemic era.
