K Gopala Desikan is appointed as Director and Group CFO in the rank of whole-time Director of Sundaram-Clayton Limited (SCL), a holding company of TVS Motor Company. TVS is a prominent auto components manufacturing and distribution group.
Desikan has worked at TVS for the past 32 years, and continues to be the CFO of this company. He is charge of Treasury and Risk Management, M&A activities, Direct Taxation, Corporate Finance, and various accounting functions at both the corporate and plant level. Additionally, he is also involved in the Group’s International business and strategic planning initiatives.
