With the crazy hot weather in the past few months, cool-off at Wild Wild Wet for a splendid fun family day out. Many rides have been added since its reopening in 2022. There is an array of kid-friendly water rides and attractions as well as exciting adult ones as well. This theme park is the perfect way to spend the entire day at, with the various eatery options here as well. Remember to bring your sunblock!

A day out at Singapore Science Centre

The Science Centre we remember from school is no longer what it once was! In this interactive scientific playground, your children will be able to experience science come to life. The Omni-Theatre and the Butterflies Up-Close exhibit are also located at the Science Centre.

Flow your creative juices in Art Workshops

Unleash your child’s creativity with a series of art lessons they’ll adore. Participate in a spin art session at Spin Paint House or a ceramic and pottery course at Taoz Ceramic Studio. You may even spend a half-day at an art jam session or create your own T-shirt!

Universal Studios Singapore – Reimagined

Universal Studios Singapore may be your only option until it is safe to return to Universal Studios Japan. Fill your craving for speed on the Battlestar Galactica twin coasters and get wet and wild on the Jurassic Park flume ride.

From May 26 to August 14, you may also meet your favorite Minions from Illumination’s Minions 2: The Rise of Gru, who will greet you in their stunning throwback attire. It’ll be a day full of great feelings, classic tunes, and colorful colors, so make sure to snap Insta-worthy moments to love and share!

HeadRock VR – Stepping into another world

At HeadRock VR, Singapore’s first VR theme park, you may brave a snowstorm, go rafting through rainforest rapids, and even defend yourself from a zombie apocalypse. This is an excellent spot to escape the heat or rain after a good day out in Sentosa! It is located at Resorts World Sentosa.

Be a Pilot for a day

Buckle up for two fantastic adrenaline-filled aircraft activities bundled into one incredible bundle bargain! This bundle, launched by Changi Experience Studio, comprises a 30-minute flight simulator flying experience with an Aerovation pilot instructor.

Enjoy the excitement of flying through the skies in the cockpit of a genuine Cessna 172 airplane simulator, taking in stunning vistas of Singapore’s cityscape and avoiding high-altitude obstacles before landing safely on Changi Airport’s runway!

Take a brunch sail on the Royal Albatross

Every time you visit the island, you may have observed the Royal Albatross parked in front of Resorts World Sentosa. For those who are curious, this is a fully operating spacecraft, not simply decoration. Enjoy a scrumptious Full English breakfast and free-flow beverages while sailing by Singapore’s southern shore. If you have a furry child, they are invited to participate as well, since Royal Albatross provides the world’s first dog cruise!

Although travel may be the best and most exciting option now, especially since most of us are travel-deprived, it’s good to know that we still have a wide array of activities to turn to if we don’t have that luxury. What’s important is that we set aside for our loved ones and make the effort to instil happiness in them despite our tight schedules in the weekdays.
