Faisal Irfan is a senior finance executive with 16+ years of experience across Volvo Cars, DHL and the Geely ecosystem, leading finance organisations and transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific and Europe. His experience spans finance transformation, commercial finance, business partnering, operating-model design and global business services. He has built and scaled finance organisations across multiple markets, including establishing a European finance hub from the ground up including the operating structures, governance and commercial models required to support its growth.

Faisal is passionate about the evolution of Finance from a reporting function into a strategic business capability – combining financial discipline with commercial insight, technology, transformation and value creation.
