Fitriah is a tax and transformation leader with over 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex tax, regulatory and business challenges. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of tax areas, including tax strategy, governance, compliance, advisory and planning, transfer pricing, indirect taxes (GST and Service Tax), tax audits, dispute resolution, stamp duty and e-Invoicing. She currently serves as Head of Tax at a leading converged telecommunications service provider in Malaysia.
She has led major tax transformation initiatives, including the implementation of e-Invoicing involving the integration of multiple billing systems, sales channels and ERP platforms. Recognized for her strategic leadership and practical approach, Fitriah actively engages with tax authorities and industry stakeholders to help organizations navigate evolving regulatory requirements and drive sustainable business outcomes.
