Giovanni is the Director of Finance at Outpost, a new generation hospitality operator with properties across Southeast Asia. He leads finance, compliance, and investor relations, with hands-on experience in DCF valuation, M&A negotiations, and investor financing structuring for hospitality and real estate assets.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting and an MBA, and is a qualified CPA. He built his foundation in Italian manufacturing and export before moving into hospitality finance across Southeast Asia. Based in Bangkok, he brings a builder’s perspective on scaling a lean finance function inside a fast-moving, multi-country business, and on the trade-offs between growth, governance, and capital discipline shaping Southeast Asia’s mid-market today.
