Jessica Low has been a Certified Accountant and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2000. She joined SAP Malaysia as Chief Financial Officer in April 2020, overseeing the company’s financial performance, providing commercial and governance support, and leading finance and administrative transformation initiatives.
In October 2023, Jessica joined the Board of Parkwood Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non Executive Director. She also serves on the Board of Cuckoo International (MAL) Berhad and chairs its Audit & Risk Management Committee.
With more than 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific, Jessica has deep expertise in finance operations, controlling, and business transformation in the IT industry. A trusted business partner, she has a strong record of improving performance and aligning financial strategy with organizational goals.
Before joining SAP, Jessica held senior leadership roles at IBM Malaysia, where she led major finance transformation initiatives, including establishing a Shared Services Centre (SSC) and the IBM Global Delivery Hub. As Finance Director at Tech Data Malaysia, she managed a P&L with annual revenue of USD 75 million and improved cash flow by 50% through disciplined working-capital management, optimized payment terms, and a robust credit policy.
Jessica is committed to building organizational capability and fostering cultural change. Alongside her CFO role, she serves as Sustainability Champion at SAP Malaysia, promoting responsible business practices that benefit people and the planet while supporting long-term profitability and sustainability.
Outside work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two children, jogging, and hiking.
