Jessica Nguyen is the General Director, Country Holding Officer, and Board Chairwoman of ABB Vietnam, part of the ABB Group—ABB is a technology leader in electrification and automation, enabling a more sustainable and resource-efficient future with operations in over 100 countries.

With nearly two decades of experience in multinational corporations, Jessica has built a distinguished leadership career across finance, operations, and industrial manufacturing. Prior to ABB, she spent over 11 years with the Jardine Schindler Group, where she held key executive roles including Chief Financial Officer and Head of Schindler Vietnam Factory—one of the company’s critical manufacturing hubs in Asia Pacific. In these roles, she drove large-scale business transformation, operational excellence, and positioned Vietnam as a strategic node in the global supply chain.

Jessica is recognized for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, leading cross-functional and multicultural teams to deliver high performance, innovation, and long-term value. Her leadership approach is strongly influenced by Nordic principles, emphasizing trust, transparency, accountability, and empowerment as foundations for organizational success.
