Junaidy Ab-Mutalib, FCA is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) with over 25 years of professional experience spanning audit and assurance, financial reporting, corporate governance and business advisory. He is the Managing Partner of JM & Co., Chartered Accountants, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy with First Class Honours from Cardiff University, UK. Junaidy began his professional career in London, specialising in audit and assurance, before joining PwC Kuala Lumpur where he led numerous audit and assurance engagements. He subsequently held senior positions with prominent organisations including MMC Corporation, Khazanah Nasional, FGV and CCM Berhad, gaining extensive experience across professional practice, government-linked companies and corporate finance. Beyond his professional practice, Junaidy serves as a member of the ICAEW Ethics Standards Committee in the UK. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Accountancy, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of a federal statutory foundation.
