Kathy Tai is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience
across financial services, fintech, digital platforms, renewable energy, and
hospitality. She previously served as Deputy CFO and Vice President at
CHECK Hospitality Management and held senior finance leadership roles at
LINE Bank and KKday.

As a founding finance team member of LINE Bank Taiwan, Kathy contributed
to the bank’s establishment, including the integration of core banking, general
ledger, and financial reporting systems. At KKday, she served as a Finance
Business Partner, supporting cross-border financial operations, internal
controls, and IPO preparation.

At CHECK Hospitality Management, she led accounting team, overseeing
financial reporting, budgeting, operational performance analysis, and ERP
process improvements. Drawing on her experience across diverse industries,
Kathy brings a practical perspective on how finance leaders can prioritize
technology investments, strengthen financial governance, and balance digital
transformation with operational efficiency and financial discipline.
