Mikhail “Mik” Salinas is a finance and global business services leader with over a decade of experience in multinational manufacturing, finance transformation. He currently serves as Finance Director, Controller, and GBS Site Lead, leading cross-functional services across Finance, HR, Legal, and other global support functions.

Mik has built data-driven financial models, strengthened operational governance, and championed automation and analytics to improve productivity, controls, and decision-making. His work bridges finance, people leadership, process excellence, and digital enablement, giving him practical insight into how organizations can adopt AI while building the right talent, culture, and measurable business outcomes.

A CPA, US CMA, MBA graduate, and CFO Program alumnus, Mik is also an academic contributor and author of two books. He brings a practical finance leadership perspective on aligning technology, workforce strategy, and culture change in today’s AI-driven business environment.
