Nai is the Managing Director of WeNetwork Malaysia, an APAC Executive Search firm. WeNetwork supports companies hiring, payroll and consulting across the region. Nai works with leadership teams at different stages of growth, from their first local hire to established companies looking to scale.

Before WeNetwork, Nai spent six years in executive recruitment in Malaysia. He started as a consultant and went on to manage a team of recruitment leaders. He also advised clients on organisational design, compensation benchmarking and talent strategy.

Earlier in his career, he worked in analytics and consulting. As a management consultant in London, he advised European retailers on pricing, promotions and business transformation. Before that, he held buying, merchandising and process consulting roles in North America. He began his career in project management within the technology sector.

Nai grew up in Thailand, studied in the US, and has worked across North America, Europe and Asia. His experience spans marketing, consulting and business strategy.
