She brings over 30 years of extensive professional experience, including 28 years in leading and scaling Shared Services organizations. Throughout her career, Perds has played a pivotal role in the set‑up, build, stabilization, and transformation of five large shared services organizations in the Philippines, leading enterprise‑wide initiatives for global and regional institutions such as Chevron, Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, Henkel, ING, and Filinvest.
She currently serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Head of Filinvest Business Services Corporation (FBSC), where she leads the organization’s strategic direction and operational excellence agenda.
A recognized change architect, Perds is known for her transformation playbook that seamlessly integrates technical rigor with human‑centered leadership. Her impact on corporate transformation is both strategic and deeply operational. In just over a year, she successfully repositioned FBSC from a traditional shared services model into a high‑performing strategic partner, delivering measurable business value, nurturing talent, and embedding a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Previously, Perds held several senior local and regional leadership roles across prestigious organizations. These include Continuous Improvement Head at Johnson & Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, Compliance & IT Services Head at Henkel, and CFO & Deputy CEO at ING—further underscoring her breadth of leadership across finance, operations, and enterprise governance.
She holds an impressive portfolio of professional credentials, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA), and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA). She also earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Women Executive Leadership from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
Perds’ commitment to excellence and continuous learning has been widely recognized. She has received multiple accolades, including being named an Empowered Woman in Finance by Lennor Metier Consulting and, most recently, Philippines Executive of the Year at the Asian Management Excellence Awards 2026.
Beyond her professional achievements, Perds is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is deeply committed to advancing women leadership and creating inclusive, high‑performing workplace cultures that enable people and organizations to thrive. She is the Executive Sponsor of Female Network/ERG in ING called “Lioness” from 2018-2024 and in Filinvest from 2024 until today where she is instrumental in set-up of Femtorship Program.
