Piya Oranriksuphak is an experienced finance executive with over 20 years in corporate finance, investor relations, capital markets, strategic planning, M&A, and business transformation within publicly listed and multinational organizations. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Chow Bright Ventures Holdings PCL, where he oversees financial strategy, capital planning, treasury, risk management, investor relations, and corporate governance initiatives.

Throughout his career, Piya has held senior finance leadership roles in the retail, logistics, manufacturing, and financial services sectors, including CFO positions at publicly traded companies and regional finance leadership across Southeast Asia. He has successfully managed cross-border investments, large financing transactions, operational transformation programs, and initiatives focused on enhancing shareholder value. His expertise includes strategic partnerships, capital market engagement, performance optimization, and navigating complex regulatory environments.

Piya is recognized for his ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and is passionate about the evolving role of the CFO as a strategic partner in driving sustainable growth, digital transformation, and long-term value creation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Chulalongkorn University.
