Ricky Chong is the Managing Director of Ricoh Hong Kong Limited, with over 20 years of experience in business strategy and sales. He leads the company’s transformation into a trusted workplace solutions provider, championing digital innovation and hybrid work models. Ricky also drives AI solution development in collaboration with Ricoh Software Research Centre Beijing and Cyberport.

He serves on the Office of the Communications Authority’s TRAAC, the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Advisory Group, and the Shaw Alumni board at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He is also a member of the Hong Kong Professional and Senior Executive Association (HKPASEA).

Ricky completed the Executive MBA (EMBA) programme at CUHK Business School in 2024.
