Tricia Koh has served as Commercial Director for Allianz Trade’s Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea markets since November 2023. Based in Hong Kong, she leads all commercial activities across the Hong Kong “Hub,” with responsibility for driving growth, shaping market strategies, and strengthening relationships with customers and partners across the three markets. 

With over 15 years of international experience in the insurance sector, Tricia brings strong expertise in strategic business development, market expansion, and cross-border leadership. She is known for her ability to navigate complex, multicultural business environments and to translate market insights into actionable strategies, building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth across diverse Asian markets.
