The afternoon resumed with a keynote by Robih Salam Rahmatullah, Chief Financial Officer at PT Selera Nikmat Nusantara, who explored how finance leaders can unlock enterprise value by aligning talent, technology, and transformation strategies.

Panel Discussion 3, moderated by Julia Simatupang, Country Manager & Chief Representative at ACCA Indonesia, featured Alvin Christian, Chief Financial, Risk, and HR Officer at PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC, Novita Kwee, Chief Financial Officer & HR Business Partner at PT ABC President Indonesia, and Erwantho Siregar, Finance Director at PT Duta Intidaya Tbk. The session highlighted the challenges of AI talent shortages, workforce transformation, and the need to demonstrate measurable ROI from technology investments.

The session on Indonesia’s finance hiring trends by Aureen Na, Senior Manager Commerce Finance at Robert Walters, provided timely insights into evolving talent expectations and hiring dynamics shaping the finance function.

The afternoon concluded with a fintech fireside chat featuring Melisa Hendrawati, Chief Financial Officer at Superbank, in conversation with Prashant Krishnan, Director at Monitor Deloitte.
