The initiative operates on a simple premise – founders nominate someone outside their company who has played a pivotal role in their startup journey. This could be a mentor, industry expert, angel investor, or a former colleague who provided invaluable support.

Nominations are now open, and the fintech community is encouraged to submit their stories. Nominees can be selected from four categories: partnerships, fundraising, talent management, or mentorship, and their stories will be evaluated by esteemed panelists from Sequoia Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and startup leaders. The selected stories will be showcased in an exclusive book.
