Singapore, 1 September 2025 – Deloitte Singapore (“Deloitte”) has recognised five new businesses as winners of the Singapore’s Best Managed Companies award. Now in its fifth year, this year’s Best Managed Companies has recognised a total of 14 outstanding local companies for their organisational achievements and significant contributions to their industry and the economy.
In addition to the five new companies, seven companies have earned the coveted Gold Standard designation, which is granted to organisations that have consistently performed at the Best Managed level for four or more consecutive years. Additionally, two companies have successfully maintained their designation for two consecutive years, demonstrating their enduring dedication to best-in-class management and performance.
Businesses are subjected to a rigorous evaluation by an independent panel of esteemed business and industry leaders in order to obtain the Best Managed Companies designation. The assessment is predicated on a comprehensive framework that encompasses four critical components: strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities and innovation, and governance and financials. Deloitte has developed this framework over the course of more than three decades of global benchmarking against the most prominent private companies worldwide.
This year, Deloitte welcomed Sheila Ng, the former Chief Financial Officer of Raffles Medical Group, to the programme’s independent judging panel. Returning judges, including Professor Annie Koh, Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Singapore Management University; Isabella Huang-Loh, Chairman of the Singapore Environment Council; and John Lim, former Chairman of both Boustead Projects Limited and the Singapore Institute of Directors, evaluated this year’s awards.

The exclusive and inaugural 2025 Southeast Asia Best Managed Companies Regional Awards Ceremony, which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on November 19, 2025, is open to the winners and assessors. This event will be the first time that champions from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam will convene to receive their awards as a regional community of exceptional privately held companies. An evening of networking, celebration, and meaningful cross-market connection is anticipated at the historic event.
