Frasers Centrepoint Trust
]The manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) has appointed Annie Khung Shyang Lee as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Khung will officially assume her duties on August 9, following the departure of outgoing CFO Audrey Tan on August 8. Tan’s resignation was announced on June 7, at which time FCT’s manager began searching for her successor.
In her new role, Khung will report directly to CEO Richard Ng. She will support the execution of FCT’s strategy and oversee the financial performance of the REIT, among other responsibilities. Khung brings over two decades of experience in financial and management reporting, corporate finance, consolidation, taxation, and more.
As CFO, Khung will work with the board and management team to ensure FCT’s strategic goals are met and its financial performance is robust. She will also oversee the overall finances of FCT and its asset manager FCAM, including financial, taxation, treasury, and compliance functions.

Khung is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of Certified Practising Accountant, Australia. She graduated from the University of Adelaide, South Australia, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Finance.
She began her career as an auditor with EY and later joined Far East Hospitality Trust and Keppel Infrastructure Trust, where she gained expertise in managing and leading finance teams for REITs. She joins FCAM from Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management, where she served as Head of Finance.
