The Singapore Apex Business Summit (SABS®) hosted a preview event ahead of the main Summit, scheduled to take place from July 23 to 25, 2024, at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore. This event brought together business leaders to discuss the significant challenges and opportunities facing businesses across the region. The event was hosted by Kok Ping Soon, Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), and Jason Ng, Managing Director of MP Singapore.
Key themes included the crucial roles of technology, sustainability, and trade partnerships in shaping the future of business in Singapore and globally. Discussions also emphasized the importance of fostering a corporate purpose for business competitiveness and how it can be integrated within organizations and through philanthropic practices.
According to SBF’s National Business Survey 2023/2024, 9 in 10 businesses recognize the need for transformation but require support with digitalization, internationalization, and sustainability challenges. The upcoming SABS® aims to provide business leaders and decision-makers with the knowledge and actionable strategies necessary to address these challenges effectively and deliver positive impacts in these key areas.
