Wolters Kluwer Names Kumiko Minowa as APJ Leader for CCH Tagetik

SINGAPORE / TOKYO — June 29, 2026 — Kumiko Minowa has been appointed Head of Asia Pacific and Japan for CCH Tagetik, a position that will expand her leadership responsibilities throughout the region, as announced by Wolters Kluwer today. In this capacity, Ms. Minowa will be responsible for the regional strategy and execution of CCH Tagetik, utilising the strong momentum that has been established in Japan to support ongoing growth throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Minowa most recently held the position of Japan Managing Director for CCH Tagetik. In this role, she utilised her extensive experience in Enterprise Performance Management solutions to increase the adoption of these solutions, particularly among prominent global enterprises, and to fortify relationships with customers and partners. The Japan business experienced sustained growth and deeper engagement with customers while navigating evolving regulatory and performance management demands under her leadership.

Atul Dubey, Executive Vice President and General Manager, CCH Tagetik, stated, “Kumiko has built strong relationships with customers and partners and successfully scaled the CCH Tagetik business in Japan. Her understanding of regional market dynamics positions her well to lead our next phase of growth across Asia Pacific.”

In her expanded role, Ms. Minowa will help finance teams strengthen and elevate performance management and improve operational efficiency and visibility across planningconsolidationESG, and regulatory requirements, including through advanced analytics and AI capabilities. Additionally, she will collaborate with regional teams to ensure that global strategy is in accordance with the execution of regional business. Ms. Minowa, who is based in Singapore, will be responsible for the management of CCH Tagetik’s operations in the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. This region includes ASEAN, India, Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan), Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East, and South Korea.
