AstraZeneca Indonesia Celebrated as One of the Best Places to Work for Three Consecutive Years

Jakarta, November 5, 2024AstraZeneca, a globally renowned research-based pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, has once again secured the prestigious title of Best Places to Work (BPTW) in Indonesia, marking its third consecutive win. This accolade reaffirms AstraZeneca’s dedication to fostering a positive and supportive workplace for its employees.

In a recent survey, AstraZeneca Indonesia achieved Best Place to Work certification, with an overall score of 84%. An impressive 95% of employees rated the company as an outstanding workplace, while 83% reported high levels of engagement and motivation that surpassed expectations.

Apriza Liz Tresia Dewi, Head of Human Resources at AstraZeneca Indonesia, remarked, “This achievement motivates us to continue building a work environment that is diverse, inclusive, and safe, encouraging each team member to reach their full potential. We embrace the uniqueness of each individual and are dedicated to providing equal opportunities for all.”

The survey also highlighted that 85% of AstraZeneca employees feel a strong sense of pride in the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives. “The company’s commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices is a key source of pride for AstraZeneca Indonesia employees,” added Apriza.

This award not only underscores AstraZeneca’s commitment to providing an exceptional work experience but also reinforces the company’s mission to innovate continuously and respond to the healthcare needs of the Indonesian population.
