Singapore, December 4, 2025 — SEEK, the parent company of Asia’s leading online employment marketplaces Jobstreet and Jobsdb, announced the appointment of Esther Lee as the Managing Director of Jobstreet in Singapore.
After serving as SEEK’s Head of APAC Commercial Growth, where she developed SEEK’s pay-per-hire solution, SmartHire, in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, Esther joins the Singapore leadership team. In her new position, she will oversee Jobstreet’s strategic expansion in Singapore, utilising the platform’s cutting-edge AI technology in conjunction with in-depth local market knowledge and individualised service to solidify its standing as the top employment marketplace in Singapore.

Esther has lived and worked in a variety of markets since joining SEEK in 2014, including Melbourne, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur. Her leadership positions, such as directing transformation strategies, promoting operational excellence throughout Asia, and fostering revenue streams as Head of Growth for the employer side of SEEK’s marketplace in the region, have benefited greatly from her cross-market experience. Additionally, she has experience in Indonesia as the Acting Managing Director of Jobstreet, where she successfully improved business operations in this vibrant expanding market.
