Bengaluru, October 13, 2026 — Juspay reported revenue of US$75 million for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 (FY26), up 30% at constant currency from US$61 million in FY25. Revenue also more than tripled from US$39 million in FY24, representing a compound annual growth rate of approximately 40%, the payments technology company said.
Daily transactions on Juspay’s platform reached 400 million during FY26. Brands using its platform include Agoda, Amazon, Decathlon, Flipkart, Google, HSBC, IKEA, IndiGo, LATAM Airlines, Recurly, super.money, Swiggy, Wego, Zepto and Zurich Insurance.
During the financial year, Juspay expanded its international presence across Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe, the United States, Latin America and the Middle East. The company supports payments for more than 500 enterprises globally, with annualised total payment volume exceeding US$1 trillion and reported reliability of 99.999%.
Investments in AI and Open-Source Infrastructure
Juspay continued to invest in artificial intelligence (AI) and open-source infrastructure during FY26, expanding its capabilities across enterprise AI, customer experiences and payment intelligence.
Among its developments was Xyne, an open-source, model-agnostic and data-sovereign enterprise AI platform built on a Unix-like architecture. The platform enables organisations to develop AI applications and agents using their own organisational context while retaining control over their data and flexibility in their choice of models.
The company also introduced Breeze Buddy, a no-code AI voice platform for building conversational workflows for customer support, feedback and verification. Breeze Universal enables banks, fintechs, marketplaces and brands to deploy agentic shopping experiences directly to their user bases. Juspay Genius, meanwhile, is an AI-powered payment intelligence product designed to enable enterprise teams to manage their payments operations in an AI-native way.
“FY26 was a year of investing in the capabilities that will support Juspay’s next phase of growth. Our international payments business is scaling, and we are beginning to see traction across markets. As we expand globally, we are also investing in AI as part of a broader strategy to build new solutions for enterprises. Xyne is one example of this investment, bringing our experience in building reliable, enterprise grade infrastructure to an open source AI platform,” said Sheetal Lalwani, Co-founder & COO, Juspay.
Adjusted EBITDA Positive Despite Net Loss
Juspay remained adjusted EBITDA positive in FY26, reporting US$4 million excluding non-cash employee stock option (ESOP) costs. The company recorded a net loss of US$10 million for the financial year.
During FY26, Juspay invested in expanding its international operations and developing new AI capabilities, including Xyne. It also continued to strengthen its core technology and payment infrastructure to support the next phase of digital payments, including agentic commerce and AI-driven payment experiences.
“These investments have an impact on our near-term financials, but they are focused on building long-term capabilities and creating sustainable value for our customers. As we scale globally, our focus remains on investing in technology and talent while strengthening Juspay’s position as a global payments company,” Lalwani added.
Juspay said its vision centres on building open-source infrastructure that can operate across markets. The company will continue to deepen its core payments capabilities, expand its international presence and invest in open and interoperable infrastructure.
