Singapore, October 13, 2026 — Singapore-based travel group Pacific Arena Pte Ltd has selected the Amadeus Travel Platform as its primary booking and servicing technology, as the company looks to consolidate its operations and modernise its technology infrastructure.
The agreement will see Pacific Arena migrate from its existing global distribution systems to a single platform, bringing together its booking and servicing operations. The move is intended to help the company serve corporate and leisure travellers with greater speed, choice and efficiency.
Founded in 1976, Pacific Arena has grown from a boutique travel specialist into one of Singapore’s recognised travel companies. It serves corporate clients, leisure travellers, cruise customers and the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) sector through a portfolio of brands, including PriceBreaker, Accolade, Cruise Arena and ATG Travel.
Marking its 50th year in business, the company is embarking on a digital transformation initiative centred on the Amadeus Travel Platform. Under the agreement, Pacific Arena will use the platform to connect with travel content providers, sellers and partners across air, hotel, rail, cruise and destination experiences through a single interface. The company will also deploy Amadeus Robotics and Productivity suites to support automation and improve customer service.
Cheryl Chung, Vice President at Pacific Arena Pte Ltd, said the investment would support the company’s longer-term development. “As we mark 50 years of travel excellence, we are investing in the right technology to carry Pacific Arena confidently into the next 50. Amadeus gives us a platform that matches our ambition — one that allows our teams to access richer travel content, operate more seamlessly across every business line, and ultimately deliver experiences that our clients will remember. This is a new chapter for our company, and we are excited about what it means for our travelers and our teams.”
The migration will replace Pacific Arena’s multi-system environment with a consolidated technology foundation, with the aim of reducing duplicated workflows and allowing staff to focus on personalised client service. The consolidation is expected to improve travel agent productivity, shorten turnaround times for bookings and servicing, and give management clearer, data-driven visibility into business performance.
For Pacific Arena, the move brings its booking and servicing processes onto one platform while providing access to travel content across multiple sectors. The planned automation tools are also intended to support its teams as they manage customer requirements across the company’s different business lines.
Ramona Bohwongpersert, Senior Vice President, SE Asia, Inside Sales & Startups APAC, Travel Sellers at Amadeus, said the partnership would support Pacific Arena’s next phase of development. “Pacific Arena has built a remarkable legacy as a trusted travel partner for Singapore’s corporate and leisure communities. We are proud to be chosen as the technology partner to support the next phase of their journey and this partnership reflects the confidence that travel sellers across Southeast Asia are placing in Amadeus to power their digital future.”
