Leadership Insights Session: Building Resilience in an Uncertain Era
Leadership Coach Julie Tsai, Founder, CEO & Leadership Coach at Feibi Coaching & Consulting, delivered an inspiring session on resilience as a critical leadership capability. She explored how leaders can strengthen emotional agility, maintain clarity under pressure, and cultivate stability amid unpredictable market conditions. Her insights resonated deeply with finance leaders balancing transformation, workforce expectations, and rapid technological change.
Unified Planning, Accelerated Enterprise Agility and Automating Finance to Strengthen Operational Resilience
The programme continued with Keith Tan, Solution Consultant at Workday Planning, who discussed how unified planning and embedded AI enhance enterprise agility. He highlighted how streamlined planning ecosystems reduce silos, accelerate insights, and allow organisations to respond quickly to fluctuating business demands. His session underlined how AI-assisted planning is becoming indispensable for forward-looking finance functions.
In the third Technology Spotlight, Bruce Hsu, Managing Director at Ricoh Taiwan, presented the transformative potential of intelligent automation within finance operations. He shared how automation can replace reconciliation-heavy workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and build more resilient, scalable finance functions capable of supporting long-term growth.
Strategic Visionaries Driving Business Transformation and Leading with Foresight in the Era of Intelligent Transformation

Moderated by Sharon Weng, Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group, the first panel brought together Winnie Chuang, Chief Financial Officer TWHK at Sanofi, and Blanca Chen, Director of Finance APMEA at HAVI. Their discussion examined how CFOs align transformation strategies with shifting economic conditions, collaborate closely with CEOs, and navigate complex digitalisation priorities. They also reflected on the importance of strategic foresight, board alignment, and resilient financial planning in Taiwan’s dynamic business environment.
The afternoon continued with an engaging session from Tony Lai, General Manager at EVOX, who spoke on operationalising foresight in the era of intelligent transformation. He outlined how organisations can embed intelligent analytics into everyday decision-making, create foresight-driven execution models, and transform vision into measurable performance outcomes.
Redefining Finance Leadership for the Future Workforce

Moderated by Benjamin Chang, Partner at TRSD Capital, the second panel featured William Chen, Financial Controller at John Crane Taiwan; Jason Klanderman, Finance Director at Pizza Hut & KFC Taiwan – Jardine Restaurant Group; and Grace Wang, Chief Human Resources Officer at Formosa Solar Renewable Power. Their discussion explored the evolving talent landscape, including digital capability building, new technology responsibilities, leadership inclusion, and the persistent challenges of attracting and retaining skilled finance professionals in Taiwan.
