Geronimo Maspero, Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer at Humand, led the first Technology Spotlight on “AI: The Engine Behind the New HR.” He illustrated how artificial intelligence is reshaping HR operations, automating complex processes, and empowering employees through real-time knowledge sharing, saving up to two hours per employee daily.

The morning concluded with Panel Discussion 1, “Aligning HR Strategies with Business Goals: Driving Long-Term Success,” moderated by Richard Bradshaw, Chief Executive Officer at Ethos BeathChapman. Mid-morning sessions continued the momentum with Technology Spotlight 2 presented by Deel, showcasing how HR technology is simplifying compliance, enabling remote workforce management, and supporting seamless global operations.
Panel Discussion 2, “Transforming HR, Driving Growth: How Singapore’s HR Leaders Are Shaping the Future of Work,” was moderated by Dr Jenny Tan, Immediate Past President and SheLeadsTech SG Founder at ISACA SG Chapter. She was joined by Joana Mikaela Liew, Chief Human Resources Officer at Incorp Global, and Max Holdsworth, Head of Talent & Culture, Amplify Health. The discussion focused on how Singapore’s HR leaders are localising global best practices to drive talent development, innovation, and employee engagement in fast-changing workplaces.
The afternoon keynote by Dr Jaclyn Lee, Chief Human Resources Officer at Certis, explored “People, Culture & Data: The New Equation for Organisational Growth.” She emphasised that a truly future-ready organisation must integrate analytics with a strong people-centred culture, aligning data-driven insights with human values to achieve sustainable success.

The final segment featured a series of thought-provoking Fireside Chats, each highlighting a key dimension of HR transformation:
First firechat, “Upskilling for Growth: Building Future-Ready Talent Pipelines,” Andrew Sam, Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Jabil, and Joan Soong, Head of Global Executive Recruitment at Schneider Electric, shared insights moderated by Pooja Jhaveri, Director of Talent Development at Airwallex.
