1 min read

Singapore, 7 February 2025 – DCS Innov, the fintech arm of DCS Card Centre, has launched iChange, a debit card introduced by its first Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) client, IBV Pte Ltd. The Mastercard-backed card is integrated with a multi-currency wallet, allowing seamless foreign exchange across 40+ currencies.

This launch marks a significant milestone in DCS Innov’s mission to simplify financial services for fintechs, Web3 firms, and retailers. By leveraging DCS Card Centre’s regulatory infrastructure, DCS Innov enables businesses to issue and manage payment cards with ease.

Empowering Fintechs with CaaS

DCS Innov’s CaaS model provides licensing, API integrations, and operational support, allowing fintechs to focus on product innovation rather than navigating regulatory complexities.

“iChange represents a fintech’s ambition to offer better value and convenience for end users needing to transact in different currencies. Our CaaS solution fast-tracked the development effort of such a typical product by more than 50%, translating to significant time and monetary savings for IBV,” said Ceridwen Choo, CEO of DCS Innov.

Revolutionizing Embedded Finance

DCS Innov is redefining embedded finance (EmFi) by offering businesses a ready-to-use mobile wallet solution with integrated payment cards. This approach streamlines compliance, governance, and scalability for companies entering the payments space.

“Collaborating with DCS Innov allowed us to overcome the complexities of launching a multi-currency card solution while prioritizing customer experience,” said Suresh Parthasarathy, CEO of IBV.

The iChange Platinum Debit Mastercard introduces real-time FX rate comparisons, zero foreign exchange fees, and e-wallet integration, catering to global travelers and businesses.

As DCS Innov continues to expand, it remains committed to driving innovation in embedded finance, making financial solutions faster, smarter, and more accessible.
