SINGAPORE, 13 February 2025 – Workday, Inc. (NASDAQ: WDAY), a leading AI platform for managing people and finances, has announced the launch of its Workday Agent System of Record. This new system is designed to help organisations centrally manage AI agents from Workday and third-party providers, ensuring governance, security, and operational efficiency.
As enterprises increasingly integrate AI into workforce management, challenges such as deployment, security, compliance, cost management, and optimisation have emerged. Without a unified system, businesses risk fragmented operations and inefficiencies. Workday’s Agent System of Record addresses these concerns by providing a structured approach to managing AI agents alongside human employees and contingent workers.
